Xsolis  recognized  as a 2021 Top Workplace in Middle Tennessee

For the second year in a row, XSOLIS has been recognized as one of Middle Tennessee’s Top Workplace by The Tennessean.

“Being recognized for the second year in a row feels great!” said Laura Strausberg, Vice President of People Management. “It’s an acknowledgment that our employees are engaged and feeling supported while they work on the powerful mission of changing healthcare.”

XSOLIS’ workforce has grown by over 57% since last June and welcomedits 224th employee this month. In the midst of the pandemic, new team members were onboarded virtually, and the organization continues to grow to better serve the healthcare market.

“Even in the new remote world – where we have hired over 100+ new team members who have never been onsite, as well as our current team who all have been working from home – we have still created a great sense of community, and our employees remain mission- and customer-focused. Our teammates continue to work hard and serve our clients exceptionally,” said Laura. “We are also very excited to be able to welcome back our team members to the office very soon.”

Many XSOLIS colleagues work remotely, and the majority will have a hybrid schedule (in-office/work from home).

This award goes to our employees, who despite the challenges of the past year, show up each day to make sure our clients receive our best attention and our best work,” said Joan Butters, CEO. “This kind of motivation and drive is what truly makes our workplace an amazing place to be! I’m looking forward to what we can accomplish together in the future.”
