As we shared last year, unusual times called for virtual measures: specifically, our hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder training process with new clients was quickly converted to a virtual format in light of the pandemic. Normally, hospital users would sit side by side with our clinical trainers and nurses to learn the process and lingo while getting familiar with a new approach to utilization management: one that put them back in the driver’s seat.
Since April 2020, Xsolis has conducted virtual go-lives across the country – with some of the biggest names in healthcare: Atlantic Health System, Banner Health, Baylor Scott & White Health, Centura Health, CommonSpirit Health, Mayo Clinic, and more.
But…drum roll…now our teams are back in action in person (and couldn’t be happier about it!). Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey was our first stop, with safety as a priority and tech-savvy as a takeaway. Our team thrived back among our clinical friends and peers, equipping them for success on the CORTEX platform, now known as Dragonfly Utilize.
What’s next?
As a core part of our hands-on, client-centered process, in-person training events will be reintroduced opportunistically to our upcoming go-lives. After proving successful time and again, our virtual go-live process will also be available to clients choosing that route, or a hybrid model.
We’re welcoming back normalcy and welcoming the chance to be back among the healthcare community. Here’s hoping we’re in your neck of the woods soon.
We’re back, and we’re here for you.
