Chris Bayham

Chief Operating Officer

Chris Bayham is a business and technology executive with over twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur, operator, and consultant. He has participated in successful transactions as a member of the senior leadership team at two private equity-backed companies. During his career, Chris has led technology organizations at four healthcare companies, and he has experience across health IT, payor, provider, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and senior living segments.

Chris currently works as the Chief Operating Officer at XSOLIS, a healthcare technology startup that provides data-driven, analytics-fueled solutions to break down the silos that exist between providers and payers to create a better healthcare system for all. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer at Brookdale Senior Living, the nation's largest operator of senior living communities in the U.S. Chris has held technology leadership roles at leading healthcare organizations such as UnitedHealth Group, Cardinal Health, and Change Healthcare.

He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a major in management information systems and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He was named to Crain’s Cleveland Business “Forty Under 40” in 2013, Becker's Hospital Review's list of "33 Health IT and Revenue Cycle Wiz Kids" in 2016, and received Nashville’s “CIO of the Year” award in 2018. Chris serves as the Board Chair Elect of the Greater Nashville Technology Council and is a member of the Board of Visitors for the College of Business at the University of Alabama. He is also proud to serve as one of two non-veteran board members of the Greater Nashville Technology Council Veterans Peer Group.

Chris lives in Brentwood, TN, a suburb of Nashville, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing tennis, reading science fiction, and spending time with his family.
