Tim Kostner

Tim has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and information technology. Previously, he served as the Chief Growth Officer at WellSky and Sr VP of client development at Cerner, where he held executive responsibility for solution and services sales as well as sales operations.

Tim currently works as the Chief Revenue Officer at Xsolis, a healthcare technology startup that provides data-driven, analytics-fueled solutions to break down the silos that exist between providers and payers to create a better healthcare system for all.

As Chief Growth Officer at WellSky, he led the organization’s long-term growth strategy — aligning sales processes, systems, and teams to successfully establish strategic client relationships.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending summers at the lake with his wife and three children, attending concerts, and exploring the outdoors. Having grown up in Kansas City, Tim is an avid sports fan, and roots for the Chiefs, Royals, and the University of Kansas Jayhawks.
