Lee Rivas is a passionate leader of high-growth, mission-driven companies at the intersection of data, technology, and healthcare. In October 2026, he was named Chief Executive Officer of Xsolis, an AI-driven technology company that reduces administrative waste across the mid-revenue cycle in healthcare.
Lee was drawn to Xsolis by its mission and the strength of its platform, and he sees a company uniquely positioned to turn data and AI into real collaboration between providers and payers. As CEO, he is focused on scaling that impact by deepening client partnerships, accelerating innovation, and helping healthcare work better for everyone it serves.
Most recently, Lee served as an Operating Partner at Advent and an Executive in Residence at Silversmith Capital Partners, partnering with investment teams on deal evaluation across healthcare IT, SaaS, and data platforms.
Before that, Lee was Chief Executive Officer of R1 RCM, where he led a $2.6B revenue, 30,000-employee technology business and an $8.9B take-private transaction. R1 delivers technology-driven solutions that improve the patient experience and financial performance of healthcare providers, serving hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.
Lee came to R1 through its acquisition of Cloudmed, a healthcare revenue intelligence company where he was Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Cloudmed delivered strong, sustained revenue growth until R1 acquired it from New Mountain Capital in 2022. As President of R1, he led the integration of Cloudmed and built a comprehensive revenue cycle platform grounded in industry expertise, scalable technology, and intelligent automation.
Earlier, Lee spent years at RELX, a global provider of information and data solutions, in roles of increasing responsibility across operations, sales, and product management. He finished as General Manager and President of the healthcare segment, responsible for more than $1 billion in revenue across the Elsevier and LexisNexis Risk Solutions divisions. Before RELX, he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. He began his career as an officer in the US Army.
Lee graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he now serves on the Board of Advisors, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
